These are easy and have a sweet taste. 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
Almond pulp, from 2 cups Almonds that were processed into milk.
4 pitted dates that are in the pulp, from processed almond milk (or you can add another sweet equaling 2-4 T. In the form of another dried fruit processed or 2 T. liquid sweetener like; maple syrup, honey or corn syrup.)
1/4 cup organic coconut oil or cold pressed olive oil.
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 banana
Mix all into a bowl and flatten out to about 1/4-1/2 inch, onto baking sheet pan or dehydrator sheet.
I dehydrated at 135 for for a few hours then flipped it over and continued to dry until crisp. If only have an oven. Set oven to lowest setting and bake with door ajar until crisp. You can flip if you like or not.
As you can see I used a silicone baking sheet. This is good for oven or dehydrator and is xeno estrogen free.
I broke the snacks into free form pieces and store them in a plastic container on the counter.
Enjoy.
